How It Works
Step 1. Remove puck locks and open box of your PG Legacy Lock. Unlatch the ball release on your hitch.
Step 2. Put the ball of the PG Legacy Lock into the trailer hitch and secure. Circle the chains around the ball.
Step 3. Close the PG Legacy Lock. Use the key to lock the puck locks on each side. Your trailer is now secure.

The PG Legacy Locks were born out of necessity, innovation, and a love for family. Patrick Green invented the original lockbox when he ran construction sites and had the constant problem of trailer theft. Wanting to protect his business, Patrick engineered a locking mechanism that could give him peace of mind when he left his construction trailers on the job.
After successfully using his new lockbox at work, Patrick found that the same locks could be used to protect his family's travel trailer. With his custom trailer lock, the Green family could unhook their travel trailer and explore without the constant worry.
In 2024, Patrick unexpectedly passed away. In the months following his loss, the Green family found detailed plans Patrick had been developing to take his invention to the next level. Inspired by his vision and determined to carry on his work, the family founded PG Legacy Locks—a tribute to Patrick’s ingenuity, dedication, and the legacy he left behind.
